My favourite entree, main and dinner.
My favourite entree:
The midnight nachos at Lone Star.
Ingredients:
Corn chips topped with their famous spicy bean mix, with the choice of chicken, beef or both; In my case I had beef. Topped with grilled cheese and finished with salsa, sour creme and jalapenos.
Why I like it so much:
Because the flavours go well together and pretty much making a party in your mouth.
My favourite main:
Redneck Ribs from Lone Star.
Ingredients:
Porky pig ribs blanched in honey and spices. Blasted in the lone star then piled high & smothered in their world famous hoisin, orange & sesame seed sauce.
Why I like it so much:
It is the definition of heavenly, I can't describe how good it is. You have to try for yourself to understand.
My favourite dessert:
Jack Daniels chocolate fudge pudding.
Ingredients:
A rich, self-saucing chocolate fudge pudding, laced with Jack Daniel's. Served with choc sauce whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
Why I like it so much:
It melts in your mouth and has a nice mixture of textures and flavours.
